Kingston is a village in DeKalb County. Settled in 1835 by the Pottawatomie Indians, Kingston was one of the first townships in DeKalb County. This small community consists of homes found in subdivisions and rural homes. Kingston has beautiful parks which are used year round. In the spring and summer, kayaking on the river, to hiking and hunting in the winter. Located between downtown Chicago and Rockford, with easy access to Interstate 90.
